VanDyk Mortgage Rated ‘Top Mortgage

National Mortgage Professional Magazine polled its 157,472 subscribers in
November of 2014 and the results are in. Grand Rapids, Michigan-based VanDyk
Mortgage Corporation earned a spot on the list of top mortgage employers in the
nation. The 60 top companies were announced in the January 20, 2015 edition of
the monthly magazine published on Long Island.
Each
company was graded in eleven key areas by its employees. Categories
included compensation, speed, marketing support, technology, corporate culture,
long term strategy, day-to-day management, internal communications, training
resources, industry participation and innovation. The weighted survey was
designed so that the publication’s readers could give them candid feedback
about the mortgage companies that they work for.
